» Billing and Accounting
- Cash or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method. A Credit card must be provided when placing reservation but will not be charged until the transfer is complete.
- A 20% discretionary gratuity* will be added to the base fare. Wait time and any additional stops will be itemized on the customers billing statement when applicable. (*A suggested gratuity has been added for your convenience. The payment of a gratuity is completely discretionary and may be increased, decreased, or removed if a cash gratuity is preferred.)
- Any additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable such tolls, parking, early/late fees, car seats and holiday surcharges.
» Rate Estimate
A rate estimate is the rate presented to you prior to your trip. This estimate is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Wait time, extra stops or additional services may change the final price. Please contact us at [email protected] or 561-488-9963 to answer any questions.
» Hourly Rates
Hourly charges are calculated by applying our applicable hourly rate beginning from the time the driver departs the pickup location to begin service and continues through such time the driver concludes service. Tolls, parking, and gratuity are not included in the hourly rate.
» Cancellations
Late cancellations/late changes are subject to full charge if the driver has already been dispatched and/or is already on site.
» Wait Time
An additional wait fee may be assessed if the driver is kept waiting longer than 15 minutes. This does not apply to delayed flight arrivals.
